1:1 PROGRAM FOR EMPLOYEES

This program focuses on the situations in your work life where you experience doubt, pressure, or recurring patterns. Together, we explore what is at play and what can open up new possibilities for action. The focus is on the whole person and on strengthening inner resilience.

In our sessions, we work with concrete situations from your daily work, for example:

  • recurring challenges in collaboration or communication

  • difficult decisions or prioritizations

  • high work pressure or responsibilities that are challenging to navigate

  • situations where you react in ways you would like to understand better or change

We explore your perspectives, reactions, and patterns so that you can make more conscious choices and act with greater confidence. Many participants experience increased clarity regarding decisions, collaboration, and priorities—and a stronger sense of acting as a whole person.

By the end of the program, you will have a better understanding of your own patterns and more concrete ways to handle the challenges of work life—focusing on well-being, professional quality, and sustainable job satisfaction.

Sessions are held in a confidential setting and are tailored to the individual. As a default, sessions take place online.

A typical program consists of 6–8 sessions of 60 minutes each.

1:1 COACHING PROGRAM FOR FAMILY CAREGIVERS

When caring for a loved one takes up most of your time and energy, it can be difficult to balance life as a whole person. Our lives have many facets—we need to manage, carry, move, and create. But when someone we love is struggling, our own needs and boundaries often take a back seat, and we may experience less energy and a sense of losing ourselves.

I offer a coaching program designed to improve your well-being as a caregiver. It provides a safe space where you can give yourself permission to notice your needs, find calm, recharge your energy, and strengthen your inner balance. The focus here is on you as a person, not just on your role as a caregiver. When you thrive, you can also be there for your loved one without wearing yourself down in the process.

I have experience coaching caregivers of people with OCD, autism, school refusal, and Alzheimer’s, and I understand how demanding it can be to maintain calm and achieve better balance. I am here to help.

The program consists of six individual sessions, with the first session lasting 90 minutes as an introductory meeting. The following five sessions are 60 minutes each.

In the program, we work on:

  • Reconnecting with your own needs and boundaries

  • Strengthening your mental energy and inner balance

  • Creating space for self-care without guilt

  • Standing strong as a person, not just as a caregiver

You will have a safe and confidential space where we focus on your situation, challenges, and resources. The goal is for you to leave with more strength, calm, and energy—for yourself and for the person you care about.

Each week includes reflection and practical exercises to help you turn insights into action and create lasting changes in your daily life.
